how long does shipping take?

regarding preorders: depending on what you buy, the time can fluctuate from a 1-2 months, i do this with a labour of love and i want to ensure everyone gets high quality pieces, so please understand my decisions 

do i ship internationally?

for now i am only shipping within canada and the u.s.

shipping costs

shipping is automatically set by shopify, and i make no money from any shipping sales. 

my package got lost/stolen (◞‸◟,) !

once an order is placed, you agree that any lost, stolen, incorrectly addressed packages, are not my responsibility. once an order is shipped it is out of my control, and if stolen or lost, you will need to make a claim with canada post.

please double check all information when submitting, but i understand mistakes happen. i can try to reship your items if you notify me ASAP (miaobelle.info@gmail.com) through email before i ship out any items, if you are willing to repay the new shipping fee.
